Building the day planner that removes the manual planning.

I'm building a day planner because I'm tired of spending more time planning my day than actually doing the work.

Just add your tasks with deadlines and priorities. The intelligent scheduler automatically fits them between your calendar events, respecting your preferences and planning ahead for you.

Zero Planning

Stop micromanaging your schedule: just add tasks and let the app handle the rest

Complete tasks and mark them as done. You can also move tasks around if you want to.

FAQ

What do I get by following on Patreon?

Development updates and a voice to shape the app. Followers can give feedback and influence design decisions.

When is it launching?

No ETA yet. Patreon followers and Discord members will get more info first.

Which platforms and calendars are supported?

iOS and Android first, web later. On mobile, the app reads system calendars (e.g., Google, iCloud, Outlook, iCal subscriptions) so most calendars work out of the box.

How intelligent is scheduling?

Scheduling is in early development. The goal is to remove manual planning altogether. Examples and demos are coming soon.

How much will it cost?

After a free evaluation period, pricing will likely be around €5/month with a discount for yearly subscriptions. However, there will be no hard paywall so that you can use the app for free if you're on a tight budget.

Where is my data stored?

Data is stored locally on your device. Optional cloud sync (to SyntaxSloth servers) will come later to enable syncing to the web app.

🎨 Game Artist

I'm a freelance developer and game artist who got frustrated with existing day planning apps. After not finding a good solution for my daily planning needs for years, I decided to build my own.

Previous apps I used had major issues when plans changed throughout the day. Tasks would either pile up on the current day or get lost in the past. The apps that did solve some problems were ridiculously expensive... some starting at $30/month ($360/year!).

Most existing solutions focus on businesses rather than individuals planning their personal day. I'm building this app to remove the friction of daily planning for people like me who want to focus on doing the work, not managing the schedule.

💡 My Mission

"To create a day planner that removes the planning, because your time should be spent on what matters, not on organizing what matters."
